		<description>I agree that employee coaching and mentoring works very well. We kept quite a few of our better staff during the busy times before the recession by putting them through a coaching program. They really liked the support and when I asked them they told us that the mentoring they got was a big reason why they were staying. Funny because we had spent lots of money on training courses and they did not rate this as high as the less expensive coaching side of things. So I agree.</description>
